This website (“our Site”) promotes the business referred to on it. In these Terms of Use (“Terms”), the business will be referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’.
You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately. These Terms should be read in conjunction with any details provided on our Site about how our Site operates and the services which are available, including our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Trading Terms (if applicable).
Appointments
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are running late for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. Please be aware that I may be unable to honour your appointment or may have to reduce your treatment time if this occurs.

Please book your appointment via our website. You will be asked to sign up and create a profile with Booksy. Please review and confirm your booking.
Deposit
I reserve the right to request a deposit to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable fee is required. The remaining balance will be paid on the day. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and rescheduling; however, you can reschedule your appointment if a 48-hour notice has been given. Otherwise, you will need to pay a new deposit for a new booking.
Cancellation
​If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please do this via leaving a clear message on our WhatsApp or email. We operate a waiting list at Iris Beauty Studio, and this gives other clients the opportunity to book. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.
No Calls/ No Show
A “no-show” is where a client does not turn up for a pre-booked appointment and does not contact the salon to cancel in advance. In the event of a no-show, I will contact the client to arrange payment for the loss of income incurred as the appointment could have been booked by another client.

Clients with previous no-shows will usually be required to make full pre-payment for future appointments. This to be at the discretion of Iris Beauty & Wellness.
Health Conditions & Consultation Forms
We kindly ask our clients to fill out all our confidential consultation forms which include a health and skincare questionnaire. Understanding our clients' lifestyle, health, skincare regimen, previous history, for example, will play a significant role in our beauty and skincare treatment programs.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to register and settle in. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened in consideration of the next client. I will always try to accommodate my clients as best I can, and I understand that sometimes things can happen in the day that can make clients run late.

However, due to my busy day and to minimise the impact on other clients, I may not be able to fulfil an appointment if a client is 10 minutes or more late. I ask that clients use reasonable endeavour to let me know as soon possible if they are running late as I may be able to delay the appointment. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
